Irish's freak accident, it is gross just to warn you!!

Irish was at my parents house and he was running from side to side,
and he hit the bottom of the gate and it tore his side,
so after around 57 stitches on the outside he was ready to come home.
We was on pain medication and Antibiotics.
He couldn't be left alone and had to have someone with him, so for the
last two weeks it has been pretty crazy.

Our cute little Irish with his shirt and this cone so he doesn't bug it.

This was right before he had to have a big bandage around his body to
protect him. His skin was dying and it fell off.
So he has had a bandage on for the past week and it is healing good.

Grandpa Gary with the grandkids, Grandma Robin has been away
on buisness for a long, long, long time so she is in Ohio.
We can't wait till you get home.

Well I can't believe that a year has already gone by. It feels like Addison was just born. we are so lucky to be her parents and that we have her forever. She has already accomplished so much in the last year with rolling over, sitting up, crawling, crawling up the stairs, standing up, walking around holding on to things. From having a bottle, to eating baby food, to now eating adult food (most of it), to having milk. We are so proud of her. She brings us so much joy.

For her Birthday, we went down to the gateway to Build A Bear and she built a pink cute bear. Then we walked around. For lunch we went to chili's and our waitress sang Happy Birthday to her.
Later that night we had all of our family come over. She opened presents (thanks to everyone) and she loved everything. Then she blew out her "1" candle and she ate cake and Ice cream. She then played with all of her cousins and with some of her new toys.
It was a great day. Happy, Happy Birthday to our big Birthday Girl.

Sunny Days

We hope you all had a great New Year's Eve. We sure did. I can't believe it is already almost the end of January. Time is flying by so fast. Addison will be 1 in less than a month. It is so exciting so see all the new things she is doing. She loves to walk holding onto things and she has two teeth. She loves eating most of the grown-up foods (which is great).
She loves to be with her daddy and he makes her laugh and smile all the time :). She is one lucky little girl.
I have loved the nice weather we have had the last little bit. We have gone on walks which we love to do. I can't wait for more nice sunny days.
